  • CAN THE MACHINE BE USED WITH OTHER COFFEE BLENDS?

    We highly recommend using only NESCAFÉ® Gold Blend as other coffee blends may clog your machine. Please note that the usage of other coffee blends voids your machine’s warranty.
  • WHAT DO I DO WHEN THE MACHINE BLINKS?

    Please refer to the accompanying instruction manual or watch the videos in the support section above.
  • CAN I FILL THE COFFEE BOX WITH CREAMER OR MILK?

    Any creamer or milk should be added directly into the cup and not the coffee box or water tank. Doing otherwise may clog the machine.
  • SHOULD I WARM THE MILK BEFORE ADDING IT TO MY CUP?

    No, the machine will both warm and froth your milk before dispensing the coffee.
  • CAN I USE CONDENSED MILK TO PREPARE MY COFFEE?

    It is recommended that you prepare your milk coffee with Nestlé Coffee Mate or Nestlé Fresh Milk for optimal taste.
  • WILL MY NESCAFÉ® GOLD BLEND COFFEE HARDEN IF LEFT IN THE COFFEE BOX?

    The coffee box on your NESCAFÉ® Gold Blend Barista machine is designed to be airtight. As long as the lid is properly shut, your NESCAFÉ® Gold Blend coffee will not harden.

    • Espresso - 110ml
    • Lungo - 200ml
    • Americano - 250ml
